KasbaSouk offers handmade Moroccan furniture, home decor, and related products. Our products are crafted in Morocco and shipped internationally, including to the USA, UK, and Europe.
Product Information
We do our best to display product photos, colors, dimensions, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. Because our products are handmade, small variations in color, pattern, size, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade character of each item.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order if there is an issue with product availability, payment, shipping information, suspected fraud, or an error in pricing or product details.
Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
Processing and Shipping
Most items require 1–3 weeks for production and preparation before shipping. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may include personalized sizes, colors, patterns, or special design requests. Custom orders are made specifically for the customer and are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Returns and Refunds
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and returned in original condition. Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
